Delivery and Dispatch
Orders in by 2pm on a working day leave the same day. Every parcel is tracked, and we deliver to UK addresses only.
Dispatch cut-off
Any order that reaches us before 2pm on a working day leaves here that same afternoon. Orders that come in after the cut-off, or on a weekend or bank holiday, go out with the following working day's collection.
Delivery area
Our delivery area is the United Kingdom only. Nothing is posted overseas, and parcels are never sent to a freight-forwarding address.

Packing and format
The contents travel as dry freeze-dried powder, and that is deliberate. A peptide degrades once it is in water, and a parcel in transit is the wrong place for a solution, which is precisely why most of the range is supplied in dry form. The clock only starts once the powder is reconstituted.
The exceptions are pens and nasal sprays, which arrive already mixed. Every parcel, whatever it contains, goes in plain packaging with no description of the contents on the outside.
Damaged on arrival
Contact us before doing anything else, and have your order number ready along with the product name and size. Cracked glass, a stopper that does not look intact, or a cake that has melted, changed colour or collapsed as if moisture had got to it: each of these is a sign to stop and ask us rather than carry on regardless.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you its tracking number. If it has not appeared by the end of the following working day, check your spam folder first, as that is where it nearly always ends up.

How quickly is my order sent out?
The same day, if you order before 2pm on a working day. Later orders leave on the next working day.
Can you deliver to an address abroad?
No. We only deliver within the UK.
What does delivery cost?
Tracked delivery costs £4.95, and orders of £75 or more ship free.
