What we will not do with it
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with those who need it to deliver your parcel and process your payment. There are no advertising trackers on this site, and we do not profile you across other websites.
We do not request or keep any health information, so please do not send it to us.
Third parties
Only three outside parties receive your data. The carrier needs it to deliver your parcel. The payment provider needs it to process your payment, and your card and bank details go directly to them without passing through our systems. The hosting provider stores the site along with its order records.
Retention periods
We hold order and payment records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as HMRC requires. Correspondence is deleted after two years. Basket data is never sent to us at all; it stays in your browser.
Your data rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask for a copy of the data we hold, have errors corrected, have it erased, object to the way we process it, or receive it in a portable format. We reply to every request within one month.
Erasure has one limit: a legal duty to retain. Anything the law requires us to keep, such as an invoice within its six-year period, stays until that period ends.
Cookies and browser storage
No page on this site sets an advertising cookie or an analytics cookie. Your basket is kept in your browser's own storage; our server never reads it, and it is passed to no one else. If that ever changes, this page will be updated before the change takes effect.
Making a complaint
Please bring any complaint to us in the first instance. If we have not resolved it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
Privacy Notice questions
Is my data ever sold?
No. It is shared with just three parties: the company hosting the site, the payment provider processing your payment, and the carrier delivering your parcel.
For how long are order records kept?
For six years after the end of their financial year, which is the retention period HMRC sets for accounting records.
Are there tracking cookies on this site?
No. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, and your basket is held in your own browser storage, which our server never receives.
