1. The goods we supply and what they are not
Each product is sold for laboratory research use only, without exception.
We are not a pharmacy and hold no marketing authorisation for any product. None of the range is a licensed medicine, food, cosmetic or supplement. Certain molecules we sell also appear in licensed medicines marketed under brand names; that does not make our material those medicines, and their authorisations do not extend to it, because an authorisation covers a finished product rather than a molecule.
Nothing we sell is for human or veterinary use, or for use as food. By ordering, you confirm the purchase is for laboratory research, with nothing to be administered to any person or animal. Every other term on this page rests on that condition.
2. No dosing or protocol advice
This site gives no guidance on dose, protocol, route, frequency or administration for any product, and we will not supply it if you ask us directly. Anyone who came for that has come to the wrong shop.
3. Eligibility to order
To place an order you must be at least 18 and buying for a lawful purpose. Any order may be refused, or cancelled and refunded, at our discretion and without a reason being given.
4. Purity and specification
Purity is measured by HPLC and stated as ≥99%, except where a product page gives another figure. Ask with your order number and the product name and size for the certificate of analysis covering what you received. How that figure is arrived at has its own page.
5. Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT wherever it is chargeable. An item labelled "price on request" has no price yet and cannot be ordered until one is set. Prices can change; the one that applies to you is the price shown when you ordered.
6. Shipping

7. Cancelling and returning goods
The returns page covers both, including how the hygiene exemption in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applies to sealed vials.
8. Limits of liability
We supply the compounds for laboratory research on these terms alone. We do not authorise or give guidance on any other use, and we accept no liability for it. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other matter where the law forbids such a limit.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction over them.
10. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. An order is governed by the version published when it was placed.
Terms and Conditions of Sale questions
Are these products available for personal use?
No. They are sold for laboratory research use only and never for human or veterinary use; the whole supply rests on that condition.
Can you give me dosage advice?
No. You will find no dosage, protocol or administration guidance on this site, and none is given privately on request either.
Must I be a registered laboratory to buy?
Registration is not required. You do need to be 18 or over and to be buying for lawful laboratory research, and we may decline any order.
